Dodger Dinger Derby

Down in LA last night, the Dodgers hit back-to-back-to-back-to-back home runs to tie in the bottom of the ninth, went down a run in the top of the tenth, then Nomah ended it with a two-run walkoff homer. I'm not even close to being a Dodger fan, but I am a fan of baseball, and that's a great ending to a game. Oh, the team they did it against was the Padres, with whom they are struggling for the NL West pennant. In September.

Here's a heartfelt open letter about it, from a father to his child: Yes, the impossible happened.
