Title?

[ed: apologies for stream-of-consciousnessness... er, rambling. "Title?" is the word of the week. Liberal strikethrough throughout. In case you can't tell (as if), this post was written over the course of 30-someodd hours.]

All right people, listen up... only so much tTime for nuttiness while Cingular makes me wait to return my RAZR phone because of the browser that doesn't work right. But that's another story.

Wow! they answered the phone. Then put me on hold again. The rep sounds nice, at least, and seems to understand my browserless plight.

The white rabbit act is in part due to my heightened state of busy these days what with closing on both the old house and the new house. We went to two title companies yesterday on Wednesday, and managed to emerge without our signature hands cramping up. Much remains to be done, but right now the boy is napping, and I'm holding for Cingular, so yYou get all the nutty I can tap out between busy-ness. [ed: how unlucky for you.]

Ahem.

First up, Rachel Lea Fisher has crafted her own Jones soda bottle label using their online toy. Go on, give her a good vote! Seriously. Do it.

--> insert more back and forth with Cingular, and back to holding. Back and forth, holding. Rinse and repeat. Abandon writing once Max wakes up from his nap.

--> Fast forward one day, and subtract griping about Cingular since they're finally sending me the new phone they should have sent last week. Did I say that griping was subtracted? Hurm.

Ahem. Again.

Next up, here are two clever examples of recut-edited film trailers. The first is the Shining recast as a romantic comedy. The other is Sleepless in Seattle recast as a thriller.

Finally, Mark Hurst's latest issue of the Good Experience newsletter provides a good list of his favorite games from his Good Experience games list. Mark writes:
Making sure you're aware of the Good Experience games site: a list of online games that, in my opinion, offer a "good experience" - good game design with an overall attention to quality.

Here are some of my all-time favorites:

Doom Funnel Chasers : Grow : Blix : Fishy : Maxwell's Demon

....see many, many more picks here: http://www.goodexperience.com/games
Until next time, be sure to read http://www.imheavyduty.com for the latest in vinyl records and online business.

Cheers!

Game on!
