We Got It

The missus sent this link over a week and a half ago, but it takes a while for me to get to things these days. I got lulled into a false sense of productivity when the boy had no real locomotor abilities to speak of.

Things have changed.

Anyway, this is a funny rap about the value of incorporating user testing into your product design. In other words, you should ask you customers what they want before you try to sell something and you should make sure that they're able to buy the thing they want. For some reason, people find this to be less than intuitive.

Go figure. Must still be opportunities out there in the ol' "efficient market."
