I'm not always good at keeping things positive, but I'm working on it.

Seriously, though, I would encourage all the nuts out there to focus on the positive rather than dwelling on the negative. As Colin Powell said, "Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier."
Of course, if you can't stand all this positive jazz, there's always The Positive Power of Negative Thinking.
