Da man always tryin'a brang me down

Da man always tryin'a brang down Josh Brown, too. Today he testify 'bout Sony's evil "Label Gate" plot to ruin fair use for everyone. This is Josh's publishing debut, and it's a damn fine effort -- two thumbs up. (Hell, we'll have to check with the stat department on this, but this may be his very first review.)

While we're giving out thumbs and such, let's give three or four thumbs down to the jackholes at Sony who think that "Label Gate" is going to do anything but alienate their paying customers. Let's give a few more thumbs down to the ad wizards who came up with the name "Label Gate" -- just hearing it makes me wonder what G. Gordon Liddy has to do with it and if I'll have to pay $1.64 to get the 18 missing minutes.

What is the matter with the boneheads at the record labels? Guess Courtney Love had it right when she testify 'bout the real music pirates. Can a rockstar get an amen, people?!?!
